Pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023, has activated an Internal Channel through which it is possible to report, confidentially and confidentially, potentially inappropriate conduct, misconduct or alleged violations of laws or regulations, as defined in its own 'Whistleblowing Regulation', which also sets out the other reporting channels (e.g. external reporting to ANAC) available to the Whistleblower and the cases and methods for their use.
The processing of personal data in connection with the handling of whistleblowing reports will be handled in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and with the provisions of the "Whistleblowing Privacy Policy" intended for Whistleblowers and persons concerned by Whistleblowing Processing, which can be viewed and downloaded below.
In line with Article 4(2) of Legislative Decree 24/2023, the management of the Internal Reporting Channel is entrusted by L.M. MEDICAL DIVISION SRL to an external, autonomous and specifically trained person, to whom reports shall be submitted.
